Tandoori Chaap Recipe
Step 1 – Take chaap and cut into pieces. Boil the chaap for 5 minutes
Step 2 – Add 200 gms of curd in a bowl for marination Add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste. Add 1 slice of lemon
Step 3 - Add half tablespoon of salt Chukde dhania powder Chukde Kashmiri mirch Chukde haldi powder 1 tablespoon besan 2 tablespoon of oil Mix the mixture.
Step 4 – add 1 tablespoon chukde tandoori bbq masala.
Step 5 – add diced onion, capsicum and tomato. Then add boiled chaap Mix it well and marinate it for 10-15 minutes
Step 6 – We will put the marinated chaap on the stick.
Step 7 – Now we will cook the chaap on the pan. Add butter on the pan
Step 8 – Grill chaap on the pan
Step 9 – Now grill the chaap from the other side Chaap is ready to serve
